I accept PayPal for payment - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex. I also accept checks.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. If you must cancel please do so within 48 hours of purchase.

Shipping

• Items ship USPS, UPS and FedExpress Ground. For orders outside the U.S. please contact me directly. 
• Please allow 7-10 days for delivery on paper products. Allow 2 weeks for the ceramic products. 
• This shop offers FREE SHIPPING for orders within the USA only.

Production & Paper Samples

All items are made to order. Paper samples (2"x3") are available at no charge.  I can send up to 5 Japanese Yuzen paper samples if you want to see and feel the paper as shown on the site. I have many papers that are not pictured on the site. Let me know if you are interested in a particular color(s). Please go to Contact to leave a message with the names of the papers that interest you or simply call me!
